Production Workflow

Working Steps of Cement Production Line

1. Raw Material Crushing: Limestone is crushed to suitable feeding size by single-stage hammer crusher.
2. Raw Meal Grinding: Raw materials are proportioned and ground into fine raw meal in raw mill.
3. Preheating & Precalcining: Raw meal enters 5-stage cyclone preheater for heat exchange and pre-calcination.
4. Clinker Calcination: Rotary kiln sinters raw meal into cement clinker at high temperature.
5. Clinker Cooling: Grate cooler rapidly cools hot clinker for stable quality.
6. Cement Finish Grinding: Clinker + gypsum + additives are ground into cement powder in cement mill.
7. Cement Packing & Delivery: Finished cement is packed into bags or stored in bulk silos.
