Durable & Stable Performance: The main body is made of high-quality 304/316L stainless steel (mandatory for sludge with chlorine ion > 500ppm) and carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating, which is corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and wear-resistant. The unique internal structure eliminates sludge sticking to the cylinder wall, strengthens heat conduction, and ensures stable drying quality. The service life can reach more than 15 years with minimum maintenance requirements.

Our sludge dryer adopts advanced drying technology to realize efficient and uniform drying of sludge. First, the wet sludge (with inlet moisture content of 75%-85%) is fed into the drying chamber with controlled consistency. Then, the PLC control system activates the heating device (according to the selected heating method) and adjusts the temperature and heating time based on moisture sensing. Inside the drying chamber, the paddles or lifters move the sludge evenly, breaking up viscous sludge to increase heat contact area, while the heat circulation system continuously transfers heat to the sludge to evaporate moisture. Finally, the dried sludge (with outlet moisture content of 10%-30%) is discharged automatically, completing the entire drying process. The system will shut down automatically when the desired dryness is achieved, ensuring hygienic, odorless, and efficient operation.
