Henan Hongke Heavy Industry, a professional manufacturer of heavy-duty industrial equipment, has successfully completed the delivery of a complete clay ceramsite production line to Sichuan, marking another key project milestone. The shipment includes core equipment such as a clay ceramsite rotary kiln, granulator, mixer, cooling machine and dust collection system, fully assembled and loaded at Hongke’s factory site.
This production line is designed for manufacturing lightweight expanded clay aggregates (LECA) from raw clay, featuring large capacity, high thermal efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection. With advanced automation and reliable performance, it ensures stable sintering and high-quality ceramsite production for construction, insulation and horticulture applications.
The delivery reflects Hongke’s strong manufacturing strength and commitment to green building materials. The equipment will support the Sichuan project in achieving efficient, eco-friendly and sustainable ceramsite production.
