Hongke Heavy Industry, a leading manufacturer of rotary kilns in China, has officially delivered a Φ3.2×60m secondary zinc oxide rotary kiln to Tianjin recently. This large-scale thermal processing equipment is designed for recycling zinc from zinc-containing waste residues such as steelmaking dust and galvanizing slag, producing high-quality secondary zinc oxide.
The kiln features a heavy-duty steel shell, refractory lining, and advanced transmission system, ensuring stable operation at high temperatures. With a diameter of 3.2m and length of 60m, it offers large processing capacity, high zinc recovery rate (85%–92%), and excellent environmental performance with efficient dust collection.
This delivery marks another milestone for Hongke Heavy Industry in the metallurgical recycling sector. The equipment will help the Tianjin project achieve resource recovery, reduce solid waste pollution, and support green and sustainable development.
