Hongke Heavy Industry has completed the delivery of Φ1.2×10m rice husk ash rotary dryer for overseas customers. Our rice husk ash drying machine adopts robust modular structure with four core assemblies: rotary cylinder, trunnion roller unit, feeding & discharging assembly, and transmission system.
The transmission set consists of driving motor, speed reducer and coupling to deliver stable torque smoothly. The main body is a horizontal rotating cylinder fitted with multiple internal lifting flights; spiral lifting plates are specially arranged at the feed inlet to avoid ash blockage. Heavy-duty riding tyres are installed outside the cylinder for stable support on trunnion rollers.
This dryer handles high-dust rice husk ash steadily, prevents adhesion and ensures even moisture removal. Wear-resistant structural parts extend service life and lower maintenance frequency.
