Φ3.5×75m Rotary Kiln – The core calcination unit, where limestone (CaCO₃) is thermally decomposed into quicklime (CaO) and CO₂ at temperatures between 1,100°C and 1,250°C.

Current Status: Site Construction Underway
As of the latest update, the Ningxia project has entered the on-site construction phase. Key milestones achieved include:
Equipment Manufacturing: All major components — including the kiln shell segments, preheater, cooler, and drive system — have been fabricated at Henan Hongke Machinery's 50,000m² manufacturing facility.
Foundation Work: Civil engineering and foundation preparation at the Ningxia site are substantially complete, ready for equipment placement.
On-site Assembly: Installation of the kiln supporting rollers and thrust roller assembly has commenced, with kiln shell alignment and welding scheduled to follow.
Engineering Support: Henan Hongke Machinery has dispatched an experienced installation supervision team to oversee the assembly, alignment, and commissioning process.
