○ Scope of application: widely used in dolomite, kaolin, bauxite, refractory furnace charge, cement, limestone, ferrotitanium powder, bauxite, activated carbon, coke, mineral powder, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, chemical industry, special cement and other industries.

Chemical rotary kiln is composed of cylinder, supporting device, supporting device with retaining wheel, transmission device, movable kiln head, kiln tail sealing device, coal injection pipe device and other components. The kiln body of the rotary kiln is inclined to the horizontal to a certain extent. The whole kiln body is supported by the supporting wheel device, and there is a blocking wheel device to control the up and down rotation of the kiln body. In addition to the main drive, the drive system is also equipped with an auxiliary drive device that can still rotate the kiln body when the main power supply is interrupted to prevent the bending and deformation of the kiln body. The sealing device of the kiln head and kiln tail adopts advanced technology to ensure the reliability of the seal.

1. The vertical preheater with advanced structure and low pressure loss can effectively improve the preheating effect. After preheating, the decomposition rate of magnesium metal in the kiln can reach 20-25%, and 10-15mm fine limestone can be directly used;

2. The equipment is reliable for combined scale sealing at both ends of rotary kiln. Make the air leakage coefficient less than 10% and use composite refractories to reduce the radiation heat loss;

3. The round or square vertical cooler with filling type and zoned ventilation makes the lime temperature out of the cooler 800C+ambient temperature, which is convenient for transportation and storage. The secondary air entering the kiln can be preheated to more than 7000C, reducing moving parts and special materials.
